Trauma Sensitive Yoga Intensives
Natalie offers a strategic blend of trauma-sensitive yoga and Yin yoga that is designed to support deeper body awareness, regulation, and emotional integration. These sessions bridge the gap between psychotherapy and somatic practice, inviting participants to explore the ways the body communicates through sensation, movement, and stillness.
Offered individually as part of clinical work, in small therapeutic groups, or in a studio setting, these intensives provide a safe, guided space to reconnect with the body’s natural wisdom. Through mindful movement, breath, and grounding techniques, participants learn to cultivate presence, release stored tension, and build a greater sense of agency and inner balance.
Each intensive is trauma-informed and centered on curiosity, not performance — an opportunity to slow down, listen inward, and rediscover the body as an ally in healing and transformation.
Trauma Sensitive Hypnosis Intensives
Natalie offers 3-hour hypnosis intensives designed to uncover the root of an issue or block that may be affecting your daily life. Hypnosis gently quiets the mind’s busy, analytical problem-solving mode, creating space to access parts of the brain that usually run in the background. This shift does not turn off parts of the brain or “unlock” a specific region. Instead, it helps you connect with insight and inner clarity that can be harder to reach in everyday thinking.
When you work in this more open state, it becomes easier to recognize outdated protective patterns, understand what they were trying to do for you, and begin softening the ones that no longer serve your growth. Many people describe this process as reconnecting with a sense of truth, purpose, and possibility.
Natalie also weaves in her intuitive skills as an energy healer to help guide your body toward steadiness and wholeness, supporting the change that begins to unfold during the session.
