Natalie is eager to collaborate and tailor personalized wellness workshops for your organization!

Natalie offers trauma-sensitive individual therapy for adults 18 and older. Sessions are 50 minutes in length and provide a supportive space for exploration, healing, and growth.

For those seeking a deeper, more immersive experience, Natalie also offers extended therapy intensives for an additional fee.

Trauma Sensitive Yoga Intensives

Natalie offers trauma-sensitive yoga intensives designed to support deeper body awareness, regulation, and emotional integration. These sessions bridge the gap between psychotherapy and somatic practice, inviting participants to explore the ways the body communicates through sensation, movement, and stillness.

Offered individually as part of clinical work, in small therapeutic groups, or in a studio setting, these intensives provide a safe, guided space to reconnect with the body’s natural wisdom. Through mindful movement, breath, and grounding techniques, participants learn to cultivate presence, release stored tension, and build a greater sense of agency and inner balance.

Each intensive is trauma-informed and centered on curiosity, not performance — an opportunity to slow down, listen inward, and rediscover the body as an ally in healing and transformation.
